AMLH seeks to maximize the asset value of its real estate property portfolio. By operating each property as second vacation homes or resorts, the objective of recovering the capital cost while preserving the operating revenue stream is achieved. The hotel aspect maximizes annual operating revenues through the dual use of the homes, generating further revenues when the owners are not in residence. The sale of the vacation homes in advance of hotel operations permits the recovery of development capital for the acquisition of properties and travel distribution companies. The homes will fuel substantial operating earnings and may later be converted to vacation club assets.

Vertical integration exists through the travel services, the marketing, the CRM and e-marketing technologies and the affinity association development divisions of the Company. Horizontal integration exists through the sales, the management and the financial services divisions of the Company. The Company’s current geographic focus is in the State of Florida.
